As a young girl in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Molyna, knew what she wanted to become in life. Her passion in life was singing and entertaining large crowds. At the young age of 15 she introduced herself to the Cambodian music world. While still attending high school in Cambodia, she was offered the opportunity to sing. Her parents were very supportive of her big ambitions and singing career. She only began singing in Cambodia for three months, when promoter Angkor Wat Productions from the United States saw her huge potential. When she first landed in the United States she began her singing tour in the cities with a large number of Cambodian populations. Cities include Long Beach, Philadelphia, Boston, Minneapolis, and several other cities. She was a big hit where ever she went and the shows would be sold out. Her success in the music industry was what made her go into the karaoke business in Atlanta, Georgia.At first the karaoke business was good for Molyna until several other competitors flooded the market. Afterwards she left Atlanta to come back to Long Beach, California she resumed her singing career again. Molyna can be spotted singing every weekend at La Lune restaurant in Long Beach. When the opportunity comes, she also travels to other states to do shows. Molyna has also starred in a Cambodian movie called Mind Village which was produced in Cambodia. She has appeared on Cambodian TV three times.
Molyna is proud of her accomplishment in the entertainment world. But in the future she wants to become a business woman and open restaurants, hotels, and other business in Cambodia. She loves the freedom and safety of the United States but she also misses her home country of Cambodia. Molyna is still a rising star in the Cambodian community. She is featured on Ranzz.com and will be possibly working together with Ranzz Entertainment on several joint ventures.
