SYNOPSIS: Eric Smith (Ivan Djurovic) was lovingly adopted and welcomed into a Cambodian family. When gang and drug ties to a local kingpin, Lee Fong, (Larry Parrish) result in his mother’s (Seng Botum) murder, Eric falls deep into the criminal underbelly to find her killers. The life of easy money and fast women slowly corrode his moral compass and he begins to embrace the thug life.
One man with a common past, Rithy Keo,(Sam Lorn) who is searching for his brother’s (Soche Sai Meas)murderers feels that their plights might be connected. He connives Eric into working for him and becoming his mole as Eric delves further into the abyss of the drug culture. Problems arise when information surfaces pegging Eric’s uncle, Bill Smith, (David Simon) as the possible gunman who shot Rithy’s brother. Loyalties are put under question and temperatures boil as the two men come face to face with each other in a climatic bloody showdown.
